RESTORATION :: When your jewelry is broken or damagd in so many places or in such a way that you feel that it is probably beyond repair, we can, step-by-step, restore it to its former glory.

REPAIR :: We offer a full range of repair services with work done on premises. Where applicable, repairs are made using a laser instead of solder. A firm quote is given before the work is started. Broken precious metal parts removed during repair are returned to you or purchased at scrap value - your choice.

REMOUNTS :: We will remount your diamonds and/or loose colored gems in a custom Eckel & Co. design or a mounting from one of our fine lines. In some cases we can bring the mounting in for you to look at without obligation.

PLOTTING :: If we are remounting a diamond measuring over 4 millimeters in diameter (approximately 1/4 carat), we will magnify your diamond under the microscope, draw a plot of the inclusions on our paperwork and teach you to identify your stone. When it returns to you we put it back under the microscope and you see 2 things - it is still your diamond, and we didn't chip or damage it in any way while it was in our care.
